In psychotherapy, the individual's uniqueness is considered before the diagnostic label. Group Therapy
Group therapy varies depending on the people in it. Sometimes the group is made up of people with a common interest, and other times the only thing the group members share is the fact that they are undergoing a therapy process.
Group therapy is complementary to individual psychotherapy; you can experience listening and being listened to. Participants can express themselves without judgment and can feel the support and support of the group. Ultimately, the group allows for free expression in a safe setting.
In this context, we offer personal growth groups where the topics and profiles of the participants are predetermined. Participating in these groups does not require prior psychotherapy.
